fantastic stay near everything!
great location helpful staff luggage storage
The location impressed me greatly. Landmarks, restaurants, and metros are nearby. bikes are available for cycling to other destinations. i also appreciated the 24-hour front desk. Staff stored my luggage before and after check-in which was very helpful.
i found some black dots or stains on the sheets. i didn't see any bugs, but it was still unpleasant.

breakfast buffet friendly staff dirty carpet moldy shower
the hotel included a generous breakfast buffet. i found a good range of choices available each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful . the metro was close and central areas were within easy walking distance.
the hotel room i received was not the room i had selected. i ended up with a smaller room and dirty carpeted floors. the shower had black mold and the doors were falling off the rails.

surprising room size safe location comfortable bed
the rooms has surprising size for the city. location feel safe and its close to every place. i felt the bed was comfortable and very clean.
i notice that the elevator feels a bit tight during peak hours.

The location was very convenient, near the Metro station. The room had new furniture, beds, and everything looked fresh! Breakfast was a great experience. It featured various options. The staff was helpful. They assisted with directions and provided recommendations.
